Lot Zero is a micro-roastery lead by Chiara Bergonzi, multi-Latte Art champion, SCA trainer and coffee expert. Chiara passionately follows every stage of production, from the selection of raw coffee to small roasting batches, expertly profiled to emphasize all the flavours to achieve an explosion of scents in each cup.

 

The selection of Lot Zero focuses on Specialty Coffee with rotating origins and a constantly evolving blend based on the seasonality of the product.
