A Grade 1 coffee with the typical traits of the best Ethiopian Arabica: very fruity, with a full body and a buttery aftertaste. This specialty coffee is the result of a cooperative of 33 farmers who own small plantations where coffee grows in the shade of the natural forest in the Bookkisa area. It has been processed with the natural method and then dried on raised tables, constantly monitored, and moved to ensure an extraordinarily homogeneous result.
