Giuliano Caffè is a historic artisan roasting company founded in Caluso (Italy) by Michele Giuliano Albo in 1950. The tradition of exploring new flavors, experimenting with blends and the constant pursuit to innovate is carried forward with passion by the third generation: Marcella and Alessandro Minelli. This roasting company is distinguished by the selection of high-quality raw coffees, sourced directly from the places of origin. The extensive knowledge of the characteristics of each coffee is the reason they decided to separately roast coffees from different origins, even in the case of blends which are mixed only after roasting. This is done for small batches with manual regulation from the master roaster who controls each step of the slow cooking of the beans. Without forgetting its origins, Giuliano Caffè has been able to implement the latest trends, bringing the filter extraction to Turin with the opening of the pioneering Orso Laboratorio Caffè. It is here that we select their best single origins with the help of Alessandro who’s always carrying a mug in his hand.
