Le sue origini risalgono a pi\u00f9 di cento anni fa e non c\u2019\u00e8 una chiara registrazione del primo utilizzo. Anche se il suo nome indica che si tratta di un\u2019invenzione francese, il design attuale \u00e8 stato sorprendentemente inventato da Attilio Calimani, un designer italiano nel 1929.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>French Press<\/strong> \u00e8 anche conosciuta come coffee plunger, press pot, coffee press, cafeti\u00e8re e caffettiera a stantuffo.<\/p>\n<h2>Design<\/h2>\n<p>Il design attuale della French Press consiste in un recipiente\/pot cilindrico fatto di solito in vetro, un coperchio che pu\u00f2 essere fatto con diversi materiali e uno stantuffo con un filtro in acciaio o in nylon.<\/p>\n<p>Il suo meccanismo consiste in uno stantuffo che pressa l\u2019acqua calda attraverso il caff\u00e8 macinato mentre lo filtra. \u00c8 un design semplice che permette per\u00f2 di ottenere un ottimo sapore se usato correttamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materiali consigliati:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dato che la French Press verr\u00e0 in contatto con acqua bollente, ti consigliamo di acquistarne una con materiali durevoli, in modo da poterla usare per un lungo periodo con grandi risultati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ti consigliamo un pot\/recipiente fatto in <strong>vetro Borosilicato<\/strong>, \u00e8 un tipo di vetro speciale che contiene boro e silice per renderlo resistente alle alte temperature. Questo vuol dire che anche se si versa acqua bollente, il contenitore non si romper\u00e0 mai a causa delle temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Ci sono anche contenitori in acciaio inossidabile che sono resistenti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coperchio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raccomandiamo l\u2019acquisto di French Press con un coperchio in plastica SAN e privo di BPA, in modo che quando entra in contatto con acqua calda non rilascia sostanze chimiche dannose.
