Chocolate was one of the first ice cream flavors, created before vanilla, as common drinks such as hot chocolate, coffee, and tea were the first food items to be turned into frozen desserts

We would like to propose you a Cold Brew-Chocolate Ice cream recipe to refresh your summer. To make this coffee recipe we choose the spices notes of NUEVA SEGOVIA, coffee that grows in Nueva Segovia region, Nicaragua: 3 NUEVE SEGOVIA coffee pods per 400 ml of water, brewed in 5 hour.

Preparation Time: 5′

Difficulty: low

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream

30 ml Cold Brew coffee

Shipped Cream

Chocolate flakes

Preparation:

Make a Cold Brew Coffee (add sugar if you like). Take a scoop of chocolate ice cream and place it in a small glass. Measure out 30 ml Cold Brew coffee and pour it. Add shipped cream and chocolate flakes at the end.
