CAFF\u00c8 ITALIA<\/h2>\n

Caff\u00e8 Italia is a young roaster company that\u2019s based north of Rome. Their work reflects the care and passion that only a master craftsman can achieve. It is a first generation firm who’s deeply rooted in the agricultural world, with experience in olive oil and wine cultivation, and of course in coffee roasting. They have been working for years with the aim of contributing to the fostering of the coffee sector for a greater awareness of the real value of this extraordinary product. For this reason, we felt immediately connected and in perfect harmony in our first meeting in 2017 during SIGEP<\/a>, an important fair in the Ho.Re.Ca sector, site of the national finals of the Coffee Championships promoted by the SCA.\u00a0Caff\u00e8 Italia’s philosophy combines ethics and execution in every step of the process: from the selection for the purchase to the profiling, from the roasting to the promotion of its coffee, much attention and respect are placed for each phase of the supply chain.<\/p>\n
