PACAMARA COFFEE LAB<\/h2>\n

Pacamara Coffee Lab<\/em> is a micro-roastery founded in 2019 in the heart of Tuscany, in Montevarchi (Arezzo), by two passionate lovers of specialty coffee. Giulia, originally from Tuscany, and Renaud, from France, used their experience gained in England to Italy to bring to life the dream of being the protagonists of a more fair and supportive coffee industry evolution. Giving particular attention to traceability and transparency, environmental and social sustainability, and a collaborative and fair approach, they carefully roast each batch with absolute respect for the high-quality raw material.<\/p>\n

Our first “meeting” was with Clave de Sol<\/em>, one of their coffees in Simbiosi, a Florentine specialty coffee shop: it captivated us so much with its fruity and sweet profile that we had to contact them.<\/p>\n

We are proud to include them among our partners in the Mystery Coffee Box<\/em> project and give space to a virtuous company like theirs, which has made ethics and sustainability a pillar to be transmitted with every sip of their coffees.<\/p>\n
